Lorraine works through an integrative lens, utilizing various Psychotherapeutic approaches such as;

Erin, a Registered Psychotherapist, MACP, with a B.A. and B.Ed, specializes in providing support for teens, young adults & families in a safe, inclusive, and relaxed environment.

Karl Hanley

Managing Director, Business Coach, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

With 20+ years in sales and management, Karl knows the pressures of leadership, decision-making, and personal growth. Now, as a Certified Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Practitioner and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Karl works with individuals, couples and families aged 16+

  • Anxiety and stress/burnout

  • ADHD

  • Life transitions and navigating change

  • Self-esteem and personal growth

  • School, work, and home-life stressors

Currently completing his MACP, Karl is a member of CCPA & OSRP and trained in Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy for those looking to strengthen their relationships

Julia Kovalsky

Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist

Guided by her passions for connection, balance, and authenticity, Julia offers a relaxed, non-judgmental space for exploration.

Julia works with individuals aged 16+ and provides support for mental health issues including:
