Lorraine comes from a background in Autism and Behavioural Science, completing her Master's through Yorkville University. Lorraine works through an integrative lens, utilizing various Psychotherapeutic approaches such as;
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Therapy in Nature,
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT),

Karl Hanley
Clinic Manager, Business Coach
Building on his expertise, Karl also offers specialized services in personal branding, helping individuals and businesses define their unique value proposition, align with their core values and purpose, and build a strong, positive brand image. His coaching integrates emotional intelligence principles, equipping clients with the skills to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics, both in the business arena and in personal relationships.
With a 20-year strong foundation in the business world, Karl has mastered the art of relationship building and conflict resolution. As a proud member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP), Karl is dedicated to honing his skills and expanding his knowledge base.
Currently enrolled in Yorkville University's Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) program, Karl is preparing to bring a new level of expertise to his coaching practice.
