Jessica Jennings
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Specialties: Anxiety, ADHD, Self-Esteem, Life Transitions, Neurodivergence, Relationship Challenges
Jessica Jennings is a compassionate and curious therapist who believes that meaningful change begins with being truly seen and heard. With a background in social psychology and a passion for inclusive, affirming care, she supports individuals navigating anxiety, perfectionism, ADHD, identity exploration, and major life transitions.
Jessica works from an integrative approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Interventions. She gently challenges limiting thought patterns while building emotional resilience and practical tools clients can use every day. Her sessions often blend reflection, humour, and deep empathy — creating a space where healing feels both safe and authentic.
She is particularly skilled at working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, Autism, and learning differences. Jessica is also expanding her clinical training in couples therapy and attachment-based work, always committed to providing inclusive, client-centered care that meets each person where they’re at.
Jessica holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology from McMaster University. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO #17471).
Outside of her work, Jessica finds joy in art, role-playing games, sketching, and discovering the humour in life’s imperfections — sometimes through intentionally watching the worst movies imaginable with her partner (for science, of course).
