Psychotherapy

  • Psychotherapy is a talk-based therapy, using evidence based practices to co-create your mental health treatment plan, as each of us experience our journey with our own thoughts, feelings and emotions.

  • Personalize your therapy journey with our trained approaches such as,

Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Person Centred Therapy (PCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as CBT/DBT.

    • Grief | Anxiety | Stress | Panic Attacks | Trauma | ADHD | OCD | CBT & DBT

EMDR

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful therapy that helps reframe past trauma. By using guided eye movements, EMDR allows the brain to process painful memories more calmly, reducing emotional triggers and promoting healing. It’s like rewiring your brain to feel more at peace!

  • EMDR is used for PTSD and the trauma recovery process, it works well for many other presenting concerns such as anxiety, medical concerns, phobias, panic attacks, and more.

  • EMDR can be done both online & in person.

ADHD

  • ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) is a condition marked by ongoing challenges with focus, impulsivity, and hyperactivity. People with ADHD are full of energy and creativity, but sometimes need help harnessing their strengths. Therapy helps build skills in managing attention, routines, and emotions for a more balanced life.

Couples Counselling

  • Couples counseling helps partners build stronger, happier relationships. Using Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), sessions focus on solutions rather than problems, guiding couples toward positive change. The Gottman Method deepens emotional connection, enhances communication, and provides tools for navigating conflict. Together, these approaches foster healthier, more fulfilling partnerships.

Family Therapy

  • Family therapy can be a transformative experience for families navigating complex dynamics and challenges. This therapeutic approach provides a safe space for open communication, allowing family members to express their feelings and concerns in a supportive environment.

  • Often, issues such as communication breakdowns, unresolved conflicts, or shifts in family roles can lead to misunderstandings and emotional distress. Family therapy helps to address these issues, fostering a deeper understanding of each member's perspectives and feelings, which can ultimately strengthen relationships.
