Karl Hanley – Navigate Change with Confidence
Life is full of choices, and sometimes we need a little guidance to move forward. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I bring a blend of therapy, emotional intelligence, and real-world experience to help you gain clarity, resilience, and growth—whether in relationships, career, or personal well-being.
Committed to Lifelong Growth & Meaningful Change
Currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) at Yorkville University, I am a proud member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP). My therapeutic approach integrates Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Gottman Method, and emotional intelligence coaching to provide practical, results-driven support.
From Business Leadership to Psychotherapy
Before shifting into therapy, I spent over 20 years leading teams in manufacturing and distribution across Europe and North America. This background gives me a unique perspective on workplace challenges, leadership dynamics, and personal development. I help individuals and couples apply emotional intelligence strategies to enhance communication, navigate transitions, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Helping Couples Build Stronger Relationships
Relationships thrive when communication, trust, and emotional connection align. With training in the Gottman Method, I support couples in rebuilding intimacy, managing conflict, and strengthening their bond. Whether you're facing recurring issues or looking to deepen your connection, I provide structured guidance to help you move forward together.
