All fees mentioned are plus HST.
A sliding scale may be available, subject to approval
Individual Therapy | $150 per session
50 Minute Sessions
Individual sessions can be scheduled online or in person.
Clients can be scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
EMDR | $225 per session
90 Minute Sessions
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders
Couples Therapy | $195 per session
60 Minute Sessions
All relationships can go through challenges. By working together and improving communication, individuals can better learn to meet each other’s needs.

Please note:
Insurance: Before our first appointment please check with your provider that ‘Psychotherapy’ is covered.
We are in the process of directly setting billing with insurance companies, not all companies are accepted and a credit is always needed on file.
Fees: Fees plus taxes are due in full at the end of each session. Payment via credit card or e-transfer is possible. Upon payment, a receipt will be provided to the email address on file.
Psychotherapy is not currently covered by OHIP.
COVID: During the Pandemic, all local public health guidelines will be followed at all times and in-person sessions will take place only as long as it is safe to do so.
